To Obagi or not to obagi...
So i've been hanging out on a new webboard that has alot of positive stuff to say about Obagi. However the turnaround time seems to be 18 weeks or so and not the 3 weeks that i saw with Amelan. Not sure what to do...some of the results are amazing and it combats fine lines/wrinkles which seem to be popping up alot these days.
I went and saw my Derm this past week for more Retin A and am waiting for the results of my consultation. I had to have alot of images snapped and i have to go back...we shall see.
I've been outside everyday this week and spent all day at the beach on Saturday. I hate Hate HATE HATE this STUPID mask. I sound like my 6 year old....

Hi, thank you for your blog. It has definitely been informative. My mom has been using Amelan and it worked beautifullly at the first application (90% reduced). She kept using the maintanance cream but her melasma returned (now 20% reduced). She re-applied the initial mask cream about 6 months later and it didn't produce the same results as the first application at all. It's quite defeating for my mom because amelan was such a hope for her. I noticed that you did amelan for a few years and it seemed to have worked for you - did you apply it differently? Why are you selling it - because it's not working for you? Any news on Obagi would be helpful as well. Thanks so much again for sharing your story - it means a lot.
